I run update-manager -d, updated cache, authenticate and a window with this message is showed:

The requested URL /ubuntu/dists/raring/main/dist-upgrader-
all/current/DevelReleaseAnnouncement.html was not found on this server.

clicking on upgrade button, process start regularry.
