[Pierre Gobin] Sorry. Indeed I see policykit-desktop-privileges (added
in revision 251, on 2012/10/29). But this package was not installed in
my default installations of Lubuntu 13.04 and 13.10 (and currently
14.04). Sorry if I misunderstand something, but could you explain me
  where I am wrong ?

[gilir] It should be part of the lubuntu-desktop package depends. If
it's not, you need to open a bug report, not blueprint request.

[amjjawad] @gilir: instead of being strict to Pierre, I'd suggest to
guide him (and everyone else) to the best way he (and everyone else) can
check whether that feature should be added and register a blueprint? or
file a bug? or what exactly :) may I remind you that those who are
taking the time and register a blueprint is 'helping' Lubuntu NOT
wasting someone's time :) while the attention is good, the approach
could be not 100% correct so some guidelines would be super highly
  appreciated ;)

  Thank you!
+
+ [Pierre Gobin] Oh no there is no problem at all ;) I will file a bug as
+ soon as possible, and will give the link here.
