Review: Needs Fixing

/etc/adjtime is misspelt.

Given that it isn't possible to replace a symlink atomically without being able to rename over the top of it, the plan I thought we agreed earlier was to have /etc/localtime be a symlink to another symlink in a directory which is writable, so that we can symlink() and rename() in that directory.  I would be concerned about applying your change even as a temporary measure because persistent mounts can apparently be hard to undo later for upgrades.
