Gunnar Hjalmarsson has proposed merging lp:~gunnarhj/ubuntu/utopic/libreoffice-dictionaries/swedish-builds into lp:ubuntu/libreoffice-dictionaries.

Commit message:
* debian/hunspell-sv-se.*, debian/hyphen-sv.*, debian/control:
  Build hunspell-sv-se and hyphen-sv (LP: #1308771).
* debian/rules:
  Install dictionary specific licenses etc. as README files.
