[Bug 1252121] Re: missing PrepareForSleep signal after resuming, causing networking to stay disabled

Pablo180, this bug is about a missing PrepareForSleep signal from
systemd-shim.

Justin's log messages show that his kernel had trouble re-associating
with his access point. I have seen several other people with similar log
messages and it would be far easier for that problem to be diagnosed and
corrected if everyone who experienced that problem would file a bug for
it, rather than just add their woes to an existing bug that is
completely unrelated despite showing similar symptoms ("network doesn't
work").
