[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/ofono/ofono-update into lp:~phablet-team/ofono/ubuntu

Tested on both krillin (#203) and mako (#201).  Ran through the high-level ofono test plan on mako, but wasn't able to run many ofono related tests on krillin due to lack of an active SIM (T-Mobile) that works with krillin.  I've re-charged the SIM and will run some additional tests on krillin once it's been re-provisioned.
