Handle cookie manager & cookie copies w/ Oxide.

Uses the new (not released) Oxide cookie manager api to store cookies retrieved from OA. In the current state, the OA dbus side is not ready yet, I have added a "local" cookie store that can be used for testing that acts as a peers (similar in shape as the OA one) for the cookie copy transaction.

One can use this local cookie store, with an extra option that specifies the path of an sqlite cookie file that can be used as the source of the copy.

For example:

APP_ID=my-app ./webapp-container --accountProvider='facebook' --store-session-cookies --local-cookie-db-path=`pwd`/cookies.sqlite --desktop_file_hint=/usr/share/applications/webbrowser-app.desktop https://facebook.com

Provided that you have a proper cookies.sqlite locally. For my tests, to get as close as final testing as possible, I used the cookies db hosted by OA, that can be found in:

~/.cache/online-accounts-ui/id-<xx>/cookies.sqlite
