update-from-web.sh (which is called by pre-build.sh) fetches mvo's data from the servers and will replace the local scan.data. If pre-build.sh has not been run then scan.data in bzr will still be used.

http://ports.ubuntu.com/~mvo/command-not-found/scan.data-latest is no longer available, should we just update scan.data in bzr?
