1. A fix for a crash in the android_provision plugin.
2. Re-formatted the last debian changelog entry which was mangled by the automated CI merge.
3. MTK update ( added new atoms to device plugin, fixed double voicecall register )
4. Fix infineon modem reply parsing ( DATA/VOICE_REGISTRATION_STATUS & QUERY_FACILITY_LOCK )
