Allowing to create with correct permission using pkexec instead of sudo as the sdk does http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-sdk-team/qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu/trunk/view/head:/share/qtcreator/ubuntu/scripts/local_create_emulator#L27

I tested with 
pkexec sh -c "HOME=$HOME ubuntu-emulator create --arch x86 x86 

UIDs are correct, GIDs are still root though
