Description changed to:

Waits until the media monitor has completed its consistency checks before connecting to the content hub, as this can trigger the import of new images before the media monitor is ready to receive them.

Prior to this downloading images from the browser to the gallery (with the gallery closed) could result in the image not being added until the gallery was restarted. This occurred when the user had a large Pictures directory, resulting in the consistency check having not finished before the import handler added a new image to the directory.
