Just bumped the kernel version for Utopic.
This is what I am using in the preliminary 14.10 additions to help.ubuntu.com (not published yet).

Note that I find the changelog file to not be historically correct. I didn't try to fix it, but rather deleted a line that now no longer makes sense.
