Hi Paul,

I chatted with Gema about the preseed changes and she pointed out that there's a more appropriate way of adding test only dependencies. I added them in lp:~matsubara/ubuntu-test-cases/dep-paramiko-bug-1443997 and got that landed. Sorry waste your time on those. I'll defer to Robie about the changes to fix the syslog permissions and approve and land those changes.
