The proposal to merge lp:~abreu-alexandre/webbrowser-app/improve-generated-url-pattern-update-errors into lp:webbrowser-app has been updated.

Description changed to:

Handle empty url pattern in configuration file and invalid url pattern being specified.

Test Case
---------

1. Create a ~/.config/<package-name>/<package-name>.conf file with the following content:

[General]
generatedUrlPatterns=
initializedAccounts=[1]
selectedAccount=1

(e.g. ~/.config/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-gmail/com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-gmail.conf)


2. Launch a webapp for which there is a SAML request redirect that is to be added to the list of generated URLs in the previous file

3. MAke sure that the url pattern is added and that no error message appear in the logs (about an invalid json)
