This merge proposal make a minor change to the 'Recommends:' in 'debian/control' for 'compiz-gnome' and 'compiz-mate'.

The change to 'compiz-gnome' now Recommends 'gnome-system-monitor' or 'mate-system-monitor'. This is to prevent new installs on Ubuntu MATE pulling in 'gnome-system-monitor' needlessly.

The change to 'compiz-mate' now Recommends 'ubuntu-mate-wallpapers-utopic' because the 'mate.ini' Compiz profile uses some art assets in this package.
