The merge proposal corrects the support for Ubuntu MATE.

  * `ubiquity-dm` has been refactored slightly so that gsettings keys are clearly set for MATE. `org.gnome` gsettings keys are still default.
  * gsettings key changes when a11y is enabled have been added to MATE support.
  * It has been tested and proven to work correctly.
