Fixes a typo/oddly constructed sentence in package description. I went with the simple suggestion in the bug report.

I checked whether this patch should be forwarded to Debian. However, I found that the nova-objectstore package doesn't exist there anymore [1] and was in fact intentionally removed [2]. It is not clear to me why it was removed though.
