The proposal to merge lp:~vorlon/ubuntu/wily/shadow/lp.1475749 into lp:ubuntu/shadow has been updated.

Description changed to:

Don't limit subuid/subgid support to local users. This appears to be an oversight in the original patches, not a design decision.
