On mobile, reveal the tabs view with a swipe gesture from the bottom edge.

Note: this re-adds qtbase5-private-dev and qtdeclarative5-private-dev as build dependencies (and thus a dependency on qtdeclarative-abi-5-4-1), required to build the code imported from unity8. This code will eventually go away, and the dependencies on private headers with it.
