Arthur Mello has proposed merging lp:~artmello/gallery-app/gallery-app-video_timezone into lp:gallery-app.

Commit message:
Convert video exposure time from UTC to local time when the event header for the video is created. The video exposure time will still be stored using UTC in the DB
