Check if irqbalance is trying to run on HP m800 server cartridge and prevent running. With this patch irqbalance will exit with the following message in /var/log/syslog:
May  7 19:56:13 ms10-18n3-slayton ./irqbalance: Balancing is ineffective on HP ProLiant m800 Server Cartridge.
and gracefully exits.
