[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/media-hub/add_move_track into lp:media-hub/stable

Jim Hodapp has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/media-hub/add_move_track into lp:media-hub/stable with lp:~phablet-team/media-hub/bg-playlist-fixes as a prerequisite.

Commit message:
* Added move_track() to TrackList
* Added on_track_moved() signal
* Added acceptance tests for move_track and removed all disabled tests
