The proposal to merge lp:~unity-team/qtubuntu/requested-surface-format-fix into lp:qtubuntu has been updated.

This is mostly Loïc Molinari's work, with a few alterations of my own. First we choose the mir surface alpha based on the client's request, not based on the GL config chosen for it. Second I remove debug prints which duplicate QSG_INFO=1
