As mentioned in the bug report, applies the fix from Debian version 3.18.1-2 to add additional dependencies. Should be identical to the change done in Debian [1].

(I have to admit I haven't attempted to build this yet, but on the other hand I cannot see how it would fail based on these changes. That said, I'll give it a go in my PPA and verify it works as expected.)

Since the patch is taken straight from Debian, I plan to file a sync request once the development window for the X-release starts so that we are aligned with Debian again.
