[Merge] lp:~michael-sheldon/ubuntu-download-manager/fix-1567960 into lp:ubuntu-download-manager

I've created a small test click here: http://mikeasoft.com/~mike/udm-confinement-test.michael-sheldon_0.1_armhf.click

When run on a device without this patch it will download a small file and then run "touch /tmp/evil"

When run on a device that has this patch UDM will report the following in the error log (~/.cache/ubuntu-download-manager/ubuntu-download-manager.ERROR):
