[Merge] lp:~unity-team/qtubuntu/screen-info-without-dpr into lp:qtubuntu

Pushed a fix for the eglInitialize() and eglTerminate() problem, which fixes the issue I was experiencing in my laptop when disconnecting an external monitor.

But I think this branch needs some further clean up on the "UbuntuScreen vs. EGLDisplay" theme.
