The proposal to merge lp:~smoser/ubuntu-seeds/ubuntu.yakkety.server-has-ssh into lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/ubuntu.yakkety has been updated.

Commit Message changed to:

move openssh-server to server seed

Added here as a recommends so someone could remove it without removing their
ubuntu-server package.

The motivation for this is so that Ubuntu Server wherever it is seen is
a common set of packages (those in the ubuntu-server metapackage).  The
largest fallout of this change is that the server install ISO will now
by default install ssh server.
