Vincèn: a physical keyboard layout and an OSK one are two different things. The ubuntu touch on-screen keyboard currently doesn’t have a bépo layout AFAIK, but it would be a welcome contribution (I for one would use it).
There is some documentation at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KeyboardLayouts on how to create a new layout.
