I pushed this to zesty already:

I didn't see the wildcards in debian/kdevplatform10-libs.install until after I uploaded.

The remaining diff is pretty minimal so I recommend seeing if Debian wants it:
- the wildcards
- autopkgtest
- install the breakpoint icons
- and 5.0.3 instead of 5.0.1

Then you can just be in sync with Debian.
