Simon Fels has proposed merging lp:~morphis/platform-api/fix-gps-and-build into lp:platform-api.

Commit message:
Workaround API break in Android GPS hardware abstraction API on MTK platforms. Each device which need this workaround has to add

BOARD_HAS_GNSS_STATUS_CALLBACK := true

to its BoardDevice.mk to let platform-api pass NULL as value for the callback.
