[Merge] lp:~morphis/aethercast/hw-encoding-support into lp:aethercast

The proposal to merge lp:~morphis/aethercast/hw-encoding-support into lp:aethercast has been updated.

Description changed to:

Implement HW based video encoding and also our own MPEGTS packetizer + RTP sender to have full control over the whole pipeline. This also requires changes on the Android / Hybris side and is only working on Android 5.x for now.

This also includes changes to get apparmor properly working and script to cross-compile aethercast.

Still needs some cleanup here and there but is ready overall for a first review.
