[Merge] lp:~morphis/aethercast/delay-rtp-streaming into lp:aethercast

Simon Fels has proposed merging lp:~morphis/aethercast/delay-rtp-streaming into lp:aethercast.

Commit message:
Add short delay before starting the screencast stream

Receiver devices are not that fast as we're and will report back ICMP failures if we start streaming too early. This will wait 300ms after we received the PLAY RTSP message before starting the stream pipeline.
