@cipman-p with the following version the problem should vanish:

network-manager: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
libnm-*: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.2
network-manager-gnome: 1.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.1

We should allow this update to be accepted from -proposed to -updates,
otherwise more fixes will be slowed down in their way of arriving.
