[Merge] lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/dynamic-soname into lp:messaging-framework

Roberto Mier Escandón  has proposed merging lp:~phablet-team/messaging-framework/dynamic-soname into lp:messaging-framework with lp:~ken-vandine/messaging-framework/packaging_cleanup as a prerequisite.

Commit message:

Using messaging-framework word instead of messaging-fw in all the project
