[push a8e6b9c] per irc discussion, update BOARD_UBUNTU_ARCH usage.

In vendor/mediatek/proprietary/external/AudioComponentEngine/Android.mk we have:

  ifeq ($(filter %64,$(BOARD_UBUNTU_ARCH)),)

which is compatible with https://code.launchpad.net/~vicamo/avila-private/+git/platform_build/+merge/311807 .

This update updates the last two commits to align with such change. Verified on vivid and xenial builds.
