[Merge] lp:~seb128/indicator-sound/use-universe-translations into lp:indicator-sound

Sebastien Bacher has proposed merging lp:~seb128/indicator-sound/use-universe-translations into lp:indicator-sound.

Commit message:
use 'X-Ubuntu-Use-Langpack: yes' since the indicator is now in universe,
this way the translations are still available on launchpad and exported
to the langpacks
