Commit Message changed to:

An extra 1ms vibration doesn't stops the vibration. Use QtFeedbackEffect::stop() instead.

With https://code.launchpad.net/~vicamo/qtubuntu-sensors/reimplement-haptics-backend/+merge/300839 , the backend is capable of stopping a periodical vibration, but to stop a oneshot one, we need a corresponding API in usensord.
