Krita packages

Hello. I'm maintainer of Krita Lime PPA - official PPA that provides
Krita packages for various versions of Ubuntu. But for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS,
build latest Krita does not seem possible, because Ubuntu 16.04 contains
old and buggy Qt 5.5. I can help you provides fresh versions of Krita.
