For EOL releases when it has been removed from archive.u.c and the user didn't manually change to old-releases.u.c, the base meta packages cannot be found and the upgrader adds invalid entries for third party repositories, supposing they are unofficial mirrors.

This change does it only when the source release is known and a valid entry is added.
