Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu-seeds:add-kernel-to-ssl into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:disco.

Commit message:
change server-ship-live to contain linux-generic
    
as we are going to change the live server livefs build to no longer
include the kernel in filesystem.squashfs

I still don't really understand/remember what the intent of the curtin-requirements seed is. But anyway, with this change, server-ship-seed looks like this:
