[Bug 1796080] [NEW] Drop nodejs recommends to suggests?

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Dimitri John Ledkov (xnox):

libkf5purpose-bin is shipped on Kubuntu live desktop image.

It has 'Recommends: nodejs' i'm not sure if nodejs is really needed or
required here. It would be nice for nodejs to drop out of kubuntu
desktop images, and thus not be `supported'. Maybe it makes sense to
downgrade this `Recommends:` to Suggests?
