Robert C Jennings has proposed merging ~rcj/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:cosmic into ~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/+git/ubuntu:cosmic.

Commit message:
Drop recommends for lxd snap

Commit 4b5381e moved from deb to snap packaging of lxd and kept
the recommends notation.  Germinate however ignores snaps that are
recommended make this equivalent to dropping lxd entirely.
