Adding foundations team to evaluate if elfutils will stay in main after this, and if not, if that is also ok.

We think it will stay in main, because:
<cpaelzer> platform-git/STRUCTURE:26:supported-server -> supported-sysadmin-common -> debian-goodies

and I didn't remove debian-goodies from supported-sysadmin-common
