Michael Hudson-Doyle has proposed merging ~mwhudson/livecd-rootfs/+git/livecd-rootfs:kpartx-n into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master.

Commit message:
Work around kpartx -sav hanging in containers by calling kpartx -nav and then dmsetup --noudevsync mknodes. (LP: #1852518)
