A fully bootable buildd based image is needed for snapcraft to perform local builds with multipass. We currently produce buildd images for Launchpad use, but these are missing a kernel and bootloader. The goal here is to create a second flavor of image along with our current buildd images that are bootable under multipass. The image should use the linux-generic kernel.
