[Merge] livecd-rootfs:xnox/lxd-add-riscv64 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master

The proposal to merge livecd-rootfs:xnox/lxd-add-riscv64 into livecd-rootfs:ubuntu/master has been updated.

Commit message changed to:

make-lxd-metadata: add riscv64 lxd architecture tag

With this in place, I can build "plain" riscv64 buildd images. (tarball, lxd.tar.gz, squashfs, but not bootable images).
