$ cd ubuntu
$ grep -v ^# blacklist | xargs rmadison -s groovy
gconf | 3.2.6-6ubuntu1 | groovy/universe | source
uw-imap | 8:2007f~dfsg-7 | groovy/universe | source
clamav | 0.102.4+dfsg-1build1 | groovy | source, amd64, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, riscv64, s390x
$
I'm surprised that uw-imap is what shows up as a difference, given that there is no binary package of that name. I would expect clamav to be what shows up; yet that package is in main, so effectively not blacklisted anyway.
And the blacklisting of packages from images is handled by a different mechanism (see e.g. the 'Blacklist' section of ship-live).
So yes, I confirm these blacklist seeds are old, unmaintained, unused. Please go ahead and drop them.
