Changelog entry removed (should regenerate nicely with `gbp dch`).

Hmm, I did export the patch series with `gbp pq`
(`gbp pq apply` + `git commit --amend` for DEP3/LP: #/Gbp-Pq: Name
for both patches, then `gbp pq export`.)

Could you please clarify what exactly is off / I added incorrectly?
