Heinrich Schuchardt has proposed merging ~xypron/grub:riscv into ~ubuntu-core-dev/grub/+git/ubuntu:ubuntu.

Commit message:
Enable building for RISC-V

The following new packages will be built:

- grub-efi-riscv64-bin
- grub-efi-riscv64-dbg
- grub-efi-riscv64
- grub-efi-riscv64-signed-template
