Ying-Chun Liu has proposed merging ~paulliu/ubuntu-dev-tools:paulliu-qemu-debootstrap into ubuntu-dev-tools:main.

Commit message:
Drop qemu-debootstrap
    
qemu-debootstrap is deprecated for a while. In newer qemu release
the command is totally removed. We can use debootstrap directly.

Just replace any qemu-debootstrap to debootstrap. 
Actually qemu-debootstrap is just a wrapper of debootstrap for a while. It didn't copy anything to the chroot anymore.
